FAQ Of Customer
We manufacture precision automotive components and assemblies. This includes machined Components, fabricated structures, sheet metal components, rubber Components, and fully assembled sub-systems. We do not manufacture complete vehicles — our focus is on the components and assemblies that go into them.
We work primarily with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive suppliers, and international buyers sourcing components for automotive and related industrial applications. Our client base spans domestic and export markets.
Our facility covers CNC machining (turning and milling), metal fabrication, sheet metal processing, welding (MIG, TIG, and spot), rubber moulding, and full mechanical assembly. All processes operate under one roof, which gives us end-to-end control over production quality and timelines.
Yes. Our reverse engineering capability allows us to develop manufacturing specifications directly from physical samples — even worn or damaged ones. This is particularly useful for legacy components, discontinued parts, and restoration projects where original documentation no longer exists.
We do. Our quality systems, documentation, packaging standards, and logistics processes are all built to meet international supply chain requirements. We currently serve clients across multiple geographies and are set up for smooth cross-border supply.
We handle everything from prototype and small-batch orders to sustained high-volume production runs. Our infrastructure and processes are designed to scale — so whether you need 20 components or 20,000, we maintain the same quality and delivery standards.
Three things, primarily. First, integrated manufacturing — we house multiple processes in one facility, which eliminates the quality and coordination risks of multi-vendor supply chains. Second, reverse engineering capability — we can reproduce components without original drawings, which most manufacturers cannot. Third, engineering-led production — we don’t just make parts, we collaborate with your engineering team to optimise designs before production begins.
